Electricians:
• You are an experienced Electrician with at least (5) years of experience.
• Experience in commercial settings, hospitals, schools, malls, stores, and other commercial buildings.
• You possess a valid Florida Drivers’ License and have reliable transportation

Leads
• Leads five (5) years (Journeymen preferred) in the Commercial field and a minimum of two (2) years in a leadership role on Commercial projects
• You have worked in a commercial electrical setting and have a sharp knowledge of National Electrical Codes with the ability to read and interpret blueprints
• You will communicate job requirements and safety standards in English and can motivate a job crew
• Provide others with current and accurate information by generating RFI’s, memorandums, and other forms of communication
• Monitor, direct, and improve the quantity, quality and safety of work performed by the crew as necessary, as well as communicate Erwin Electric’s policies and procedures to your work crews.
• You possess a valid Florida Drivers’ License and have reliable transportation

Erwin Electric is seeking qualified candidates for the position of LEAD RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN FOR CUSTOM HOMES.
If you are an experienced LEAD RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN with at least 5 years in the trade looking for a job that offers top pay, excellent benefits and a great work environment then Erwin Electric is where you should be!

We are looking for electricians that can handle ANY residential project, no matter how big or how complex. Someone who has a full understanding of what it takes to complete a 10,000 sq ft (or larger) custom home from start to finish.
Prior experience on projects with lighting control systems, whole house generators, dock power, 600 amp & 800 amp services is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years in the trade.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential (Specifically Custom Homes)
• Must be able to effectively manage 1-4 helpers on large projects.
• Journeyman card. (years of experience in lieu of card may be considered)
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Clean criminal background check & able to pass a drug test.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Troubleshooting experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are a service oriented company therefore we are looking for a candidate with professional demeanor, who is comfortable building relationships with customers. Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to plan out small jobs. You must have your own hand tools.
